Yosemite & the Sierra Foothills

This scene was discovered on an impromptu plein air outing with a friend. Spring 2023 most of the Yosemite Valley was flooded as the epic snowpack began to melt. Early morning light was magical.
I was mesmerized by morning light, the flooded meadow and that glorious Yosemite Falls.
